1. Return Eligibility (2 Days Window)

Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

Important Requirement:
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue visible.

Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests may not be accepted.


2. Refund or Replacement

Once the issue is verified:

  • Customers may receive a replacement product or

  • A refund, depending on availability and case evaluation

Beauty Blume reserves the right to decide the appropriate resolution.


3. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only in cases where:

  • There is a manufacturing defect, or

  • The issue is caused due to our error

In such cases:

  • A replacement product will be provided at no extra cost


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us via email.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible as it has already been handed over to the courier partner.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Request made after 2 days of delivery

  • Product used, damaged by customer, or not in original condition
